Orascom Development Holding (ODH) is a leading developer of integrated destinations, including hotels, residential units and leisure facilities, such as golf courses, marinas and supporting infrastructure. ODH has a diverse portfolio of worldwide destinations, spanning Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Morocco, Montenegro, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The group operates a total of 33 hotels with 7,178 rooms and owns approximately 101 million square metres of land.
El Gouna
El Gouna is ODH’s flagship. The town is a multinational community and covers ten kilometres of pristine shoreline on the Red Sea. The total land area amounts to 37 million square metres, 15 million of which have been developed. El Gouna is a fully integrated, self-sufficient town, adhering to the highest global standards.
O West
O West, located west of Cairo, is the latest addition to ODH’s portfolio and its initial entry into the first-home market. Taba Heights
Taba Heights is located in Taba, a small Egyptian town near the northern tip of the Gulf of Aqaba on the Sinai Peninsula, approximately 200 kilometres north of Sharm el-Sheikh and 20 kilometres south of the Israeli city of Eilat. The resort town has a total land area of 4.27 million square metres, of which just 2.56 million square metres has been developed.

As Sodah is located on the southern coast of Oman, opposite Salalah Beach. It is set to become the region’s niche destination, with a five-star luxury boutique hotel, exclusive pavilions with swimming pools, and a private-access beach. The plans for the hotel also include a main lodge and a spa.

City Walk
City Walk is a vibrant commercial city complex located on the seaside of North Al Hail, Muscat. The property covers an area of about 50,000 square metres. Plans call for a 355-metre-long boardwalk, shops and restaurants, and a premium five-star hotel with 123 rooms.
