The rent is set by Andermatt Swiss Alps. It is based, among other things, on current market conditions and the competition.

In putting together your furniture package, we work with experienced premium partners from the region, meaning that we can offer you a high standard of quality and service. The FF&E package stands for “furniture, fixtures and equipment”. The right selection of furnishings are chosen for each apartment building and offered to you at an attractive price. If you want to save yourself the stress of relocating, we can provide your apartment to you completely furnished when the keys are handed over. For owners who are putting their apartment into the rental programme, the FF&E package is obligatory.
