Where possible, purchase your tickets online.
When tickets are purchased, we require the contact data for you and all persons for whom you are purchasing a ticket in order to ensure contact tracing if necessary. The data are used by us only for this purpose and are stored by us for at most 14 days.
Do not transfer tickets to others so that we can ensure contact tracing at all times.
If you feel sick or have symptoms of a Covid-19 illness, we ask that you not attend the event.
With ground markings, barriers, and glass protection walls, we are making it easier for you to comply with distancing rules.
Wear a mask in waiting and queuing areas, as well as in indoor areas.
Always maintain the required distance.
Arrive early – guests enter in a staggered manner.
Doors open one hour before the event begins.
Please be sure to bring ID with you to the event so that we can verify your identity for the purposes of contact tracing (spot checks).
Tickets are scanned contactlessly.
Wearing a mask is mandatory at all times when inside the Concert Hall.
The auditorium plan provides for the necessary safety distance between each seat. In the orchestra section, seating is arranged accordingly. In the balcony, every other seat and every other row is blocked.
Take your jacket with you into the auditorium. There is temporarily no coat check.
In order to prevent large gatherings of people, we ask that you take the reserved seat indicated on your ticket immediately after entering the Concert Hall and that you leave it only in the event of an emergency.
Dine before or after the event – the bar in the foyer is not open at this time.
Note that the events will be held without an intermission, where possible. During the event, you may use the bathroom if this cannot be delayed.
At the start and end of the event, you will be informed about how to leave the Concert Hall.
