After obtaining a degree in international business administration, Nicole Armbruster spent nearly 10 years at the Bühler Group in the St. Gallen town of Uzwil, where she initially worked on the divisional level and later on the group level in the customer service area, including as service academy manager and in business development, where she was in charge of various strategic projects. Before taking the position of Head of Town Experience at Andermatt Swiss Alps AG, she managed customer and strategic projects for a variety of companies in the cosmetics and textile industries. Armbruster has an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen, with a focus on service management.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking and skiing, as well as discovering new countries and foreign cultures.
