Agostino Franzosi completed his studies in business administration at Istituto G. Pascoli in Vigevano, Italy, in 1983, followed by various advanced courses in civil engineering, project management, and procurement at Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 1993 to 1998.

He started his career in 1983 as sales manager at Interservice, with intensive international exposure from working in Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil, and Egypt. From 1991 to 2012, he lived and worked in India and Hong Kong as managing director of Nassetti Asia Ltd and Hochtief Asia Ltd, respectively. In 2012 he joined Orascom and the Swiss Alps Group and in 2014 became Head of Planning & Construction at Andermatt Swiss Alps AG.

Agostino Franzosi loves spending time with his family, and he is very passionate about activities aimed at environmental protection (WWF, Greenpeace). Outdoor activities and sports in general are also an important part of his time, such as hiking, skiing, swimming, and basketball.
