This business division is responsible for property development for the entire group of companies. With about 20 employees, the Development unit handles construction planning/development, construction project management, and customer service for construction projects. In the coming years, nearly 30 apartment buildings, four hotels, and the associated infrastructure are scheduled to be completed. Sales & Marketing markets and sells condominium units and hotel residences to national and international buyers.
