Andermatt Swiss Alps AG successfully issues CHF 60 million bond

The bond has been placed with a diversified group of institutional investors, retail investors, wealth management clients and family offices.
The proceeds of the bond with an annual interest rate of 4.375 % will be used for general business purposes, expansion of the substructure (underground car park), and construction of additional apartment buildings, in response to the strong demand for real estate. Currently, four apartment buildings by Andermatt Swiss Alps are under construction in Andermatt Reuss, with two more to follow in spring 2021. In addition, the construction of a third hotel is now in planning. The bond is being offered by Andermatt Swiss Alps AG as issuer and placed through Bank Vontobel AG as arranger via its digital money and capital market platform “cosmofunding”, with the following key data:
